Still not in love? You can return your piece for a refund within 30 days, and we will deduct the $19.99 return shipping and handling costs. Your return will be washed, altered, and donated to a woman at Dress for Success who just landed a job.  

If your body changes over time and your piece is still wearable, we’ll alter your piece for free! You only pay for shipping.

Sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, sent back to us for alterations, exchanged for another piece, or receive a local tailoring credit.

I love my garment, but how do I make a small change to the length or the fit?

We guarantee every piece we make, so if you are not happy with your custom-made piece, reach out to us, and we'll issue a local tailoring credit of $30 to make the final adjustments.
