Your Role:

The RedThread Sale Director will drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability for our fast-growing apparel technology company.

Key responsibilities include identifying client leads, leading the sales process, and closing new apparel brand and retail partners. In addition, this role will be a critical part of our leadership team, and help lead company strategy, direction, and hiring, as we continue to scale and revolutionize the apparel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential retail and apparel brand partners
  • Build individual sales plans
  • Lead the sales process
  • Close new clients in alignment with sales goals
  • Outline the roadmap for client integration and launch
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure we exceed client expectations
  • Help drive company vision, strategy, and roadmaps as part of the leadership team

What We Are Looking For:

  • 7-10 years experience in retail technology sales
  • Proven track record in hitting revenue targets and closing sales leads
  • Persistent and patient style
  • Strategic thinker
  • Growth mindset
  • Highly organized

The Details:

  • Work from anywhere in the U.S. with 30% travel
  • Salary base plus commission
  • Full time at 40 hours per week, with flexibility on days and times
