Your Role:

We are hiring a talented Fit Analyst to join our fast-growing company, RedThread, in our mission to create beautiful custom-fit clothing, for all women. You will be responsible for creating the individual designs and specifications for each one-of-a kind piece.

Titled the “Future of Fashion” by Fashionista and Women’s Wear Daily, RedThread is the very first women’s apparel brand to ditch standard sizes (finally!) and create custom-fit apparel, shipped straight to her door.

Your Contribution:

Integral to the team, you will bring the skills to create the individual design specifications for each one-of-a kind piece. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Transposing client measurements from our secure database into Excel
• Analyzing the measurements from each individual body scan
• Developing the design specifications for each individual garment in Excel
• Writing a summary of the design to share with the client

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong understanding of fit design and how to transform body measurements into a beautiful garment with the right amount of ease and drape
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Highly organized
• Experience in pattern-making and technical packs is a plus

• Hours are stable and flexible - Part-time or full time depending on your schedule. We believe in great people, and we will create a schedule that works for you.
