Your Role:

We are hiring an Operations Associate to join our fast-growing company, RedThread, in our mission to create beautiful custom-fit clothing, for all women. In this critical role, you will be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping orders from the RedThread sewing studio on-time and with attention to quality and detail. In addition, this role will be in charge of opening returned packages, logging them into an Excel sheet, and organizing them into inventory.

Titled the “Future of Fashion” by Fashionista and Women’s Wear Daily, RedThread is the very first women’s apparel brand to ditch standard sizes (finally!) and create custom-fit apparel, shipped straight to her door.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print out shipping labels, pack, and ship each order
• Review, label, and organize returns
• Record returns on an excel spreadsheet
• Place re-orders for out-of-stock packing materials

What We Are Looking For:

• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task and easily switch between projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Packing and shipping, operations, or retail experience is a plus

The Details:

• Based in our beautiful sewing studio in Verdi, West Reno
• Hours are Monday through Friday, 12-15 hours per week
• Flexibility to work different days and hours, 3-4 hours per day, 3 days a week
